You're bidding on a Sony SAT-A55 DirectTV digital satellite receiver. I plugged this unit in, and it appears to be working. It went to the setup screens. However, I don't have DirectTV, so I couldn't test it further. Does not come with an access card. The laminate surrounding the access card slot looks a bit funky, bit as far as I can tell, that's just because it somewhat covers the slot and got wrinkled when a card was inserted/ejected. See photo. (However, as noted, I was not able to test the slot).

You get the just the receiver. It uses a generic power cord (not included).
