  2. Buyer agrees to commence payment within 3 days of winning the auction. You may pay by PayPal (preferred) or else money order.
  3. Fixed rate shipping of $12.00 applies to sales within the Continental US. Sales outside the Continental US must contact me first for shipping costs.
